  • Communication with company, participants and/or job seekers and Trainers
  • Marketing with companies, HR etc
  • Proper documentation expertise is must
  • Financial Management
  • Small Team handling
  • Profile Requirements: Business understanding for Training/recruitment
  • Financial awareness profit and loss
  • Email etiquettes, mail drafting skills, Presentation and MS Excel required
  • Awareness about professional (Industry) Training services or recruitment process
  • Experience in professional training management
  • Mature in thinking, behaviour and Patience for work
  • Short travel may be required as per business requirements
  • Candidates Preference : Female candidate having min 5 yearsexperience in Training (must) and/or (addition) in recruitment
  • Willingness to work for long period
  • Short period people not required
  • MBA or Technical Degree (BE/ME) preferable
  • All Initial support for learning or understanding shall be provided
  • Salary: 20 to 25K pm depends on experience ; Occasional or frequent Travel may require for location Training
