Position: Staff Trainer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Staff Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for employees. The Staff Trainer will be responsible for enhancing employee skills, improving work efficiency, and ensuring staff follow company standards and policies. This role involves conducting orientation programs, refresher training, and continuous development sessions to support both new and existing employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and deliver training programs for new and existing staff.
• Conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for new employees.
• Develop training content, manuals, and interactive materials.
• Train staff on company policies, workplace procedures, customer service, and technical skills.
• Assess individual and team training needs through evaluations and feedback.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to employees.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and implement solutions.
• Organize refresher courses and continuous learning opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Trainer, Staff Trainer, or Corporate Trainer.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design effective training programs and deliver engaging sessions.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and training tools (PowerPoint, LMS, etc.).
• Patience, adaptability, and strong problem-solving abilities.
