Trainer

Role Overview The Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance employees’ performance, improve operational efficiency, and maintain brand standards across all outlets. This role involves conducting onboarding, skill-based, and soft-skill training for front-line and back-of-house employees. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct induction and orientation programs for new joiners. Train FOH (Front of House) and BOH (Back of House) staff on SOPs, service standards, and brand values. Ensure consistent implementation of operational standards across outlets. Develop and update training modules, manuals, and visual aids. Conduct on-the-job training for employees and assess skill improvements. Identify training needs through performance analysis and feedback from outlet managers. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through observation, feedback, and assessments. Maintain training records and submit periodic reports to the management team. Support employee engagement and development initiatives. Collaborate with Operations and HR teams to ensure alignment with business goals. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience as a Trainer, preferably in the QSR or Hospitality industry. Strong communication and presentation skills. Hands-on experience with restaurant operations (service and kitchen). Ability to motivate and inspire employees. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Willingness to travel across outlets for training sessions. Preferred QualitiesPositive attitude and approachable personality. Excellent interpersonal and mentoring skills. Passionate about people development and brand standards. Fluency in English and regional languages preferred. CompensationAs per industry standards.
