Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Skills Trainer based in Jodhpur. The Skills Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, and evaluating the progress of trainees. The trainer will also implement life skills programs, facilitate soft-skills workshops, and deliver presentations to diverse groups. Additionally, the role involves continuous improvement of training methods to enhance participant engagement and outcomes. Qualifications Presentation Skills Training & Development capabilities Life Skills facilitation Effective Communication Soft Skills training Strong organizational and planning skills Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups Experience in working with marginalized communities is a plus Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field is preferred
