Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain training manuals, workbooks, and learning materials, ensuring content is current and relevant.
Conduct formal induction and process training for new hires.
Deliver effective training sessions for agents and middle-level staff to improve productivity and performance.
Coach team members on soft skills, process adherence, and best practices.
Organize interactive activities to reinforce the learning process.
Develop resources and methods to improve training effectiveness and integrate support into routine job functions.
Conduct periodic tests and evaluations to assess trainee performance and identify areas for improvement.
Compile and submit monthly reports on training activities, needs, and outcomes.
Recommend process and performance improvements based on training evaluations.
