Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain training manuals, workbooks, and learning materials, ensuring content is current and relevant.
  • Conduct formal induction and process training for new hires.
  • Deliver effective training sessions for agents and middle-level staff to improve productivity and performance.
  • Coach team members on soft skills, process adherence, and best practices.
  • Organize interactive activities to reinforce the learning process.
  • Develop resources and methods to improve training effectiveness and integrate support into routine job functions.
  • Conduct periodic tests and evaluations to assess trainee performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compile and submit monthly reports on training activities, needs, and outcomes.
  • Recommend process and performance improvements based on training evaluations.
