Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition Support (IT Focus): Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various IT roles using job portals, social media, and internal databases. Support in compliance-related paperwork under supervision. 6. Compensation and Benefits (Support Role): Help with basic payroll coordination and leave data maintenance. Support in compiling data for salary benchmarking or internal reviews. Answer basic employee queries regarding salary slips, benefits, or policies. 7. Campus Recruitment & Walk-in Coordination: Support HR in planning and executing campus recruitment initiatives. Help coordinate logistics for walk-in drives, documentation, and follow-ups. 8. HR Systems and Reporting: Update and maintain employee data in the HRMS. Generate and share basic HR reports and analytics as required. Stay updated with HR tools and practices relevant to the role. Key Qualifications Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Human Resources, preferably with exposure to IT recruitment/sourcing . Education: Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
