Job Title: Technical Project Manager Location: Gurgaon- In Office Compensation :12-15 LPA(based on last drawn and Experience) Role : Permanent Role Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Software Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex software projects. Hands-on development experience in either frontend or backend technologiesor as a full-stack engineer—is mandatory. The role demands strong technical depth, proven project-management skills, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams toward on-time, high-quality releases. Key Responsibilities Own the entire project lifecycle (initiation planning execution closure) using Agile/Scrum or hybrid models. Translate product or client requirements into actionable, technically sound tasks. Craft detailed project plans, resource allocations, budgets, and risk-mitigation strategies. Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder demos. Track progress with Jira/Confluence (or similar tools), proactively clearing roadblocks. Manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality while conforming to security and compliance standards. Communicate status, dependencies, and change requests to clients and internal leadership. Coach and mentor developers, QAs, DevOps engineers, and designers; foster a culture of continuous improvement. Mandatory Technical Experience Hands-on coding background (minimum 3 years) in at least ONE of the following: Frontend: React, Angular, Vue, Svelte, or similar modern JS frameworks. Backend: Java/Spring, Python/Django or Flask, Node.js/Express Full-Stack: Proven track record delivering features across both layers. Solid grasp of SDLC and Agile/Scrum practices. Familiarity with REST/GraphQL APIs, relational & NoSQL databases, CI/CD, and Git-based workflows. Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization/orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes). Exposure to automated testing strategies and DevSecOps concepts. Tools & Platforms Category Examples Project Mgmt. Qualifications B.E./B.Tech./MCA/M.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline. PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certifications are a plus. Experience working with Indian and global clients is desirable.
