Trainee HR Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Trainee HR executive to join our team and collaborate toward an exciting phase of growth and dynamic development. There will be a stipend of 10,000 to start with for the training period. Once the training is over the candidate will be offered full-time employment with 2LPA to 3LPA per annum. Responsibilities and Duties What You’ll Do: Establish and explain HR policies & procedures EPF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Statutory Compliance. Compensation design, benchmark and management Payroll Processing Attendance & Leave Management Recruitment, Induction, Documentation Employee Reviews and appraisals Training and Development. Employee Engagement Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications What You Need: Education: MBA(HR)/PGDM(HR) Experience: 0 to 1 years Attributes for success: Knowledge of various HR processes and compliance High aptitude, quick learner and result oriented. High energy levels and excellent interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
