Job Description: Managing end to end recruitment of workforce through different sources and closure of the positions as per the target number. On boarding of Candidates. Function of all HR related activities MIS and Report at regular intervals. Assisting in work of Policy Formulation and Process implementation. Handling employees welfare . Employee communication management Maintaining attendance and employees records Desired Candidate Profile: MBA/ PGD/ Masters Degree in HR or similar field. Graduation is must 0 - 1 year exp is required in the same field Good understanding and proficiency in recruitment is mandatory.
