There will be a stipend of 10,000 to start with for the training period. Once the training is over the candidate will be offered full-time employment with 2LPA to 3LPA per annum. Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented ETL Test Engineer with strong Python, SQL, and AWS skills to validate data pipelines in compliance with GxP and FDA regulations . This role involves test planning, test execution, automated validation, and ensuring high-quality, audit-ready data workflows. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate ETL processes, data migrations, and transformations according to GxP and industry standards. Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing across various data sources and targets to ensure accurate extraction, transformation, and loading. Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand data mappings, business logic, and compliance needs . Build and maintain automated ETL test suites using Python and testing frameworks for continuous validation of data pipelines. Perform data profiling and quality assessments , identify discrepancies, and work with stakeholders to resolve integrity issues. Document and report test outcomes, validation findings, and defects using defined templates and issue tracking tools. Participate in validation planning, execution, and documentation aligned with regulatory guidelines, GxP, FDA, and company SOPs. Ensure traceability, auditability, and data integrity across all validation activities. Stay current on industry trends, compliance updates, and best practices in ETL testing and data validation. Contribute to process improvement and knowledge sharing within the team. Technical Skills: Mandatory: Python : For automation of ETL validation SQL : Strong skills for data querying and validation AWS Cloud Services : Especially S3 and Databricks Snowflake : Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouse Nice to Have: Experience with automated ETL testing frameworks Familiarity with data compliance frameworks (GxP, FDA, Part 11) Exposure to validation documentation tools and issue tracking systems Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in ETL testing in a regulated or data-intensive environment Experience in GxP-compliant environments is strongly preferred Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
