Trainee HR Executive

Job Opportunity: Junior HR (Female)
Location: Khairtabad | Office Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

We are looking for a Junior HR to join our team! If you're passionate about recruitment and employee engagement, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment processes including making calls, scheduling interviews, and screening candidates.
• Assist in joining formalities and onboarding new hires.
• Conduct induction sessions and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
• Manage attendance and leave records efficiently.

Requirements:

• Gender: Female (preferred)
• Age: Below 30 years
• Qualification: MBA in HR (Freshers welcome to apply!)
• Skills:
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Typing speed of 30 WPM
• Experience: Freshers with a passion for HR are encouraged to apply!
