Trade Marketing Manager

Role Overview: As a candidate for the position based in Hyderabad within the FMCG sector, you will be required to possess an MBA in Marketing from reputable B-schools, along with 7-10 years of experience in Sales, including 2 years of Trade Marketing exposure in General Trade specifically. Having been associated with Tier 1 FMCG Industries is essential for consideration in this role. Additionally, a proficient working knowledge of the regions of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, including the ability to communicate effectively in the local language, is necessary. Candidates below 38 years of age will be preferred for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Strategize and execute monthly promotional activities targeting General Trade on a national scale. - Gain a deep understanding of competition trends, historical expenditure analysis, and overall business requirements. - Manage the Profit & Loss statement, conduct monthly and yearly forecasts, and execute P&L related initiatives effectively. - Develop and implement shopper marketing plans aligned with brand and channel strategies for the designated category. - Design campaigns based on shopper insights and analytics to enhance conversion rates at the point of purchase. - Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Category Management to ensure alignment on common objectives and goals. Qualification Required: - MBA in Marketing from reputable B-schools. - 7-10 years of experience in Sales with 2 years of Trade Marketing exposure in General Trade. - Associated with Tier 1 FMCG Industries. - Proficient working knowledge of the regions of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. - Ability to communicate effectively in the local language. - Candidates below 38 years of age will be preferred for this position.
