Trade Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies for hospital and healthcare channels.
  
• Plan and implement hospital-focused promotional activities, visibility programs, and brand activation.
  
• Work closely with hospital procurement teams, pharmacists, supply chain partners, and KAMs to drive product demand.
  
• Support sales teams with trade schemes, detailing materials, product presentations, and channel tools.
  
• Conduct hospital market analysis, competitor tracking, and opportunity mapping.
  
• Coordinate with marketing, medical affairs, and supply chain for product availability and compliance.
  
• Manage trade marketing budgets, track spend, and measure ROI of programs.
  
• Drive formulary listing support, tender submissions, and institutional product onboarding.
  
• Monitor sell-in/sell-out performance in hospital accounts and prepare monthly MIS reports.
  
• Ensure execution of visibility elements and merchandising standards inside hospital pharmacies.
  
• Build strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders to drive brand preference.
  
• Lead on-ground activities such as CMEs, product demos, awareness camps, and medical staff engagement.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5-8 years of experience in Trade Marketing or related field (FMCG/Tobacco).
• Strong understanding of hospital sales, hospitality sales, corporate marketing, business development & marketing principles.
• Proven track record of success in developing effective marketing campaigns that drive results.
