Trade Marketing Manager

Role Overview: As a Trade Marketing Manager at Fixderma, you will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies to promote healthy, problem-free skin solutions. Your role will involve planning and managing market activities, analyzing market data, and collaborating closely with sales teams and other departments to ensure effective implementation of trade marketing initiatives and campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to promote Fixderma's skin and hair-related solutions - Plan and manage market activities to increase brand visibility and drive sales - Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Sales Team members, Sales Head, and Trade Activation Team, as well as external stakeholders like Vendors partners, retailers, and distributors - Manage vendor relationships for POSM deployment and execution updates - Ensure in-trade execution across beauty stores/pharmacy channels and track usage and compliance with POSM execution guidelines - Process trade and vendor agreements and renewals - Track competition activity information and sample utilization - Optimize system reports to ensure data is up to date and compliant with regulations - Support visibility and merchandising execution - Develop trade promotion initiatives in coordination with leadership and sales team - Execute merchandising strategies across Independent & Chain Pharmacy channels, including shop branding, POSMs, and indoor & outdoor visibilities Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - Proven experience in trade marketing or related roles within the skincare industry - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data - Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively (Note: The company description was not included in the provided job description),
