As a Trade Marketing Manager at Cookd, you will lead all trade-facing initiatives involving stockists, distributors, retailers, and on-ground sales teams. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing promotions, enhancing visibility at the point of sale, and enabling sales teams and partners to drive sales across the retail footprint. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution, making it ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience in FMCG trade marketing. Joining Cookd will allow you to: - Own and expand the trade marketing function in a rapidly growing brand - Collaborate with a dynamic team that integrates content, commerce, and execution - Drive visibility, influence purchasing behavior, and increase throughput in retail - Experience genuine ownership and learn how to create trade impact from the ground up Qualifications we are looking for: - 3+ years of experience in FMCG trade marketing, sales, or channel development - Profound understanding of the GT/MT landscape, trade schemes, and in-store execution - Experience in planning and executing regional campaigns and trade events - Analytical mindset with a focus on ROI metrics - Ability to build relationships and manage internal teams, field staff, and external trade partners - Willingness to travel, conduct field visits, and troubleshoot on the ground Your responsibilities will include: - Planning and executing trade campaigns across distributors, stockists, and retail stores - Developing and implementing incentive programs and promotional schemes for sales teams - Enhancing in-store visibility through POS materials, displays, branding, and activations - Collaborating with retail partners on joint marketing initiatives and customized offers - Organizing trade shows, events, and seasonal campaigns regionally - Training and supporting field staff, promoters, and distribution partners - Monitoring sales performance, campaign ROI, and market share growth by region - Recommending and managing customized trade discounts and schemes based on local insights Key Performance Indicators you will be responsible for: - Market share growth per region and per store - Sales volume and throughput per outlet - Incremental lift from promotions and campaigns - ROI on trade spends and cost per incremental rupee - Share of shelf, OOS rate, and availability - Revenue directly attributed to trade initiatives,
