Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Tour Sales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their travel preferences, and providing tailored tour packages.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their travel needs.
Provide detailed information about tour packages, pricing, and itineraries.
Assist clients in selecting suitable tours based on their preferences and budget.
Handle inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to secure best rates and services for clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Skills and Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of travel booking software and online reservation systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
