Description

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, promoting our products and services, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve set targets for call volume and sales conversions.
Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with team members to improve overall performance and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Good listening skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
