Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecalling position based in Salem. The Telecaller will be responsible for managing and responding to customer inquiries, explaining tour packages, coordinating bookings, and providing information related to the company's travel services. The role also includes maintaining customer relationships, building rapport, and following up to ensure client satisfaction. Candidates will engage with prospective clients, promote offerings, and meet sales objectives while maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and clear articulation.
• Ability to

  explain travel packages and services

  , with problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Atleast

  1 year

  Experience in

  sales or marketing

  is an advantage, with an aptitude for achieving targets.

• Computer literacy

  with knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic research skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Fluency in Tamil, English. Knowledge of Hindi or Kannada is a plus.
• A positive attitude, self-motivation, and readiness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred but not mandatory.
