Telecaller – Graphic Era Hospital, DehradunJob Type: Full-timeShifts: Day & Night (Rotational)

Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Provide accurate information about hospital services, doctors, appointments, and departments.
Assist patients with booking appointments, follow-ups, and basic inquiries.
Maintain call logs, update patient records, and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate with OPD, IPD, billing, and other departments for timely responses.
Manage patient grievances and escalate unresolved issues.

Skills Required

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
.Patient handling ability and calm attitude under pressure
.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
.Ability to work in rotational day/night shifts
.High sense of responsibility, discipline, and professionalism
