Job Description


Key Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about hospital services, doctors’ availability, and appointment slots.
  • Assist patients in booking, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments.
  • Maintain call logs, patient details, and follow-up records in the hospital system.
  • Address patient queries, concerns, and guide them to the right department.
  • Coordinate with OPD, emergency, and diagnostic units for patient requests.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and polite communication.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned supervisor.



Required Skills

  • Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
  • Patient handling skills & polite tone.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
  • Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work in day/night rotational shifts.



Qualifications


  • Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
  • Prior telecalling/customer service experience in healthcare is an advantages
