Telecalling Executive

🛎️ Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming guest calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, facilities, pricing, and availability
  • Manage enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, or other channels
  • Convert leads into bookings by following up and offering suitable options
  • Maintain booking records and update CRM/booking systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless guest experience
  • Resolve guest queries and escalate issues when needed
  • Achieve monthly call and booking conversion targets

✔️ Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication (English, Hindi, and local languages preferred)
  • Customer-oriented attitude with strong listening skills
  • Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/booking tools
  • Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or telecalling is an advantage
