Location: Nashik, Maharashtra Joining Date: Within a week Experience: 1–3 years in Telecalling (Preference for candidates with experience at American Express or similar firms) Work Hours: 12 hours/day Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Lead Conversion: Turn inquiries into confirmed clients by implementing high-impact conversion strategies. 🔹 Customer Interaction: Handle incoming queries with professionalism and offer accurate, satisfying solutions. 🔹 Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads through the full sales funnel — from first contact to closure. 🔹 Issue Resolution: Quickly identify and resolve client/software-related concerns, ensuring high customer satisfaction. 🔹 Customer Service Over Calls: Deliver courteous, empathetic, and effective telephonic support to clients. 🔹 Upselling & Cross-Selling: Spot opportunities and confidently recommend additional services to existing clients.
