We are seeking a highly creative, experienced, and self-motivated Senior Interior Design Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive the execution of high-end residential and commercial projects. 🔑 Key Responsibilities As a Senior Interior Design Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and executing all phases of the design process, from concept development through installation, while ensuring project alignment with our brand standards and client expectations. 1. Design & Project Leadership Lead the conceptualization and development of innovative and comprehensive interior design solutions for diverse projects (e.g., luxury homes, model units, commercial spaces). Manage multiple projects concurrently , ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Create and present detailed design packages , including mood boards, 3D renderings, material specifications, space planning, and construction drawings (Skethup/CAD/Revit). Oversee the selection and specification of furniture, fixtures, equipment, finishes, color palettes, and lighting. 2. Technical & Documentation Develop comprehensive tender/construction documentation sets that meet industry standards and regulatory codes. Conduct detailed site visits and field measurements to ensure design accuracy and monitor construction progress. Review and redline shop drawings and submittals from vendors and contractors. 3. Client & Team Management Act as the primary design point-of-contact for clients, clearly communicating design decisions, timelines, and budget impacts. Mentor and provide guidance to junior design staff and interns, fostering a collaborative and high-performing design team environment. Collaborate seamlessly with the in-house Realty team, architects, contractors, and external vendors. 4. Procurement & Budget Work closely with the procurement team to manage the full FFE lifecycle , from sourcing to installation. Assist in developing, tracking, and managing project budgets to ensure profitability. ✅ Qualifications & SkillsRequired 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a design firm, with a focus on high-end residential or commercial interiors. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a closely related field. Expert-level proficiency in industry software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and Microsoft Office. (Revit/BIM proficiency is a plus). Demonstrable track record of successfully managing and completing projects from start to finish. Excellent spatial reasoning, technical detailing, and presentation skills. Preferred NCIDQ certification or equivalent professional registration. Strong knowledge of local building codes and ADA requirements. Existing relationships with high-quality vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
