Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Representative based in the Mohali district, with some flexibility for remote work. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, identifying their needs, and offering solutions or services to meet those needs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed customer records, following up on leads, resolving customer inquiries, providing excellent service, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves engaging with team members for continuous training and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Experience in Customer Support and resolving client inquiries efficiently
• Proficiency in Sales techniques, including lead generation and conversion
• Familiarity with delivering and receiving Training in a professional environment
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Previous telesales or customer service experience is a plus
