Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Telesales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 17-25 years of experience in telesales, with a strong background in sales and customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and other sales techniques.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Job Requirements

Proven track record of success in telesales, with a minimum of 17 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
