Job Role: We are looking for enthusiastic Telesales Executives who can engage potential customers over the phone, explain our services clearly and convincingly, and schedule meetings for our sales or creative team. Your primary responsibility will be to generate interest and convert calls into qualified appointments. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or databases. Clearly explain Clickers Cabin’s services, offerings, and value propositions. Understand customer needs and pitch relevant services accordingly. Convince customers to schedule a meeting or consultation with our team. Maintain a record of calls, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools or sheets. Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and appointments set. Handle basic customer queries or direct them to relevant departments. Requirements: Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred. Excellent communication and persuasive skills in [English / local language(s)]. Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections confidently.
