Telecaller Sales & Customer Service

As a Telecaller at Keekoo Hospitality in Nashik, your primary responsibility will be to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings, handle customer interactions over phone calls, maintain the sales pipeline, and support upselling initiatives. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and delightful guest experience starting from the inquiry stage. Your key responsibilities will include proactively following up on leads, meeting conversion targets, maintaining accurate records of interactions, providing prompt and satisfactory responses to guest inquiries, maintaining deep knowledge of Keekoo properties, building trust with potential clients, keeping the sales tracker updated, monitoring lead flow, addressing guest concerns professionally, engaging guests with warmth and empathy, ensuring high standards of customer service, identifying upselling opportunities, and tailoring suggestions based on guest preferences. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 2-3 years of experience in telecalling or customer service, preferably in the hospitality or service sector. Prior experience with premium service providers like American Express will be advantageous. You should be comfortable working in a 12-hour shift as per business needs, possess strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi, exhibit confidence, patience, and a positive attitude towards handling client interactions.
