Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team at Keekoo Hospitality in Nashik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, handling customer interactions over phone calls, maintaining the sales pipeline, and supporting upselling initiatives. This role is key to ensuring a smooth and delightful guest experience right from the inquiry stage. 


Key Responsibilities:

1. Inquiry Handling & Conversion

o Proactively follow up on leads and convert inquiries into bookings.

o Meet defined conversion targets within stipulated timelines.

o Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead progress.


2. Client Communication & Query Resolution

o Provide prompt, accurate, and satisfactory responses to guest inquiries.

o Maintain in-depth knowledge of Keekoo properties, offerings, and services.

o Build trust and rapport with potential clients through effective communication.


3. Sales Pipeline Management

o Keep the sales tracker up-to-date with all lead statuses.

o Monitor lead flow and ensure timely follow-ups at each stage.

o Flag and resolve any delays or gaps in the conversion journey.


4. Issue Resolution

o Address guest concerns or booking/software-related issues professionally.

o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick and effective resolution.


5. Call Handling & Customer Service

o Engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and empathy on every call.

o Ensure a consistently high standard of customer service.

o Log call details and outcomes systematically.


6. Upselling & Cross-Selling

o Identify opportunities to promote higher room categories, additional services, or packages.

o Tailor suggestions based on guest preferences and requirements.


Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in telecalling or customer service, preferably in the hospitality or service sector.

• Prior experience with brands like American Express or similar premium service providers will be an advantage.

• Comfortable working in a 12-hour shift as per business needs.

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.

• Confidence, patience, and a positive attitude toward handling client interactions.
