Telesales Representative

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and delivery timelines
• Generate sales leads and convert them into confirmed orders
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending payments
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM/Excel
• Coordinate with the operations and dispatch team for order execution
• Handle customer objections professionally and close deals
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)
• Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling
• Ability to understand product details quickly
• Comfortable working with Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM systems
• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
