Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager / HR Executive to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in human resource management and will be responsible for managing various HR functions to support our organization's growth and development.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
