About The Opportunity

• Design and deliver daily Science lessons (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) for grades VI–X, adhering to prescribed curricula and learning outcomes.
• Plan and supervise hands-on laboratory experiments, ensuring safety protocols and enhancing conceptual understanding.
• Assess student performance through formative and summative evaluations; maintain accurate records and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop differentiated instructional materials and remedial support to address diverse learning needs and accelerate student progress.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators and peer teachers on curriculum mapping, co-curricular initiatives, and school events.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student achievements, behavior, and areas for improvement.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field; B.Ed or equivalent teacher‐training qualification.
• CTET or state TET clearance as per regulatory requirements.
• Minimum 2 years of proven K-12 teaching experience, preferably in a CBSE/ICSE environment.
• Strong lesson‐planning, classroom‐management, and assessment skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Proficiency in integrating educational technology and lab equipment for interactive learning.
  

Preferred

• Master’s degree in a Science discipline.
• Experience with STEM integration, project‐based learning, and inquiry‐driven pedagogy.
• Familiarity with digital teaching platforms, multimedia presentations, and e-learning tools.
• Track record of participation in academic workshops, seminars, or professional development initiatives.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and contribute to teacher‐training programs.
