Join us on-site as a TGT Science Teacher and contribute to a learning ecosystem that values academic excellence and holistic development.Role & Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging lesson plans in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology aligned with CBSE/ICSE curriculum standards.
Conduct formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and adapt instructional strategies.
Maintain a positive, disciplined classroom environment that fosters inquiry, collaboration, and respect.
Provide personalized support and remediation to students, addressing diverse learning needs.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and academic coordinators to develop cross-curricular projects and co-curricular activities.
Participate in staff meetings, parent–teacher conferences, and school events to promote student success and community engagement.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Bachelor’s degree in a Science discipline (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification.
Minimum 2 years of on-site experience as a TGT Science Teacher in a CBSE or ICSE school.
In-depth subject knowledge and ability to simplify complex scientific concepts.
Proven classroom management skills and student engagement techniques.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with lesson-planning tools and student assessment methodologies.

Preferred

Experience integrating STEM experiments and project-based learning into the Science curriculum.
Exposure to digital teaching platforms (LMS, e-content development tools).
Participation in professional development workshops on modern pedagogies or educational technology.
