This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser at Tracon Export Services Pvt Ltd located in Gurugram. We are looking for a Mid-level Merchandiser with Home Textile experience, preferably from an Export House. You should have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the industry. Your responsibilities will include experience in sample development and the production process, such as yarn dyeing, power loom and autoloom weaving of fabrics, stitching, embroidery, beadwork, printing, etc. In this role, you will assist the Head Client Services in planning and controlling samples and production at both your own and vendor locations. You must have a good techno-commercial understanding to monitor the timely completion of production with relevant costing. Evaluating testing and packaging requirements for all orders to ensure compliance with buyers" protocols will be part of your duties. Time and quality management are crucial aspects of this position. You should have experience dealing with production centers at a distance and direct interactions with overseas buyers and buying agencies. Being willing to travel within India is a requirement for this role. Qualifications for this position include a Textile education, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. You should be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to team goals. Knowledge of international markets, pricing, and sourcing is desired. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems would be a plus.,
