Role Overview: As a Textile Merchandiser at Cotton World Creation, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire merchandising process, ensuring seamless coordination with buyers, suppliers, production teams, and quality departments to meet deadlines and quality standards. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology, Fashion Technology, or a related field. - Profound understanding of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and production processes. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. - Knowledge of costing, sourcing, and order management. - Ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and thrive in fast-paced environments. - Proficiency in MS Office and merchandising software/tools.
