Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Yarn Sales Manager located in New Delhi. The Yarn Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets specific to the yarn and textile industry. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, creating sales strategies, supervising the sales process, and negotiating contracts with buyers. The role also requires analyzing market trends and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills, including business development, account management, and negotiation
• In-depth knowledge of the yarn and textile industry
• Proven expertise in client relationship management, communication, and customer service
• Analytical skills to assess market trends and identify sales opportunities
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet challenging sales targets
• Experience in team leadership and cross-department collaboration is a plus
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Hindi
