You will oversee two recently setup manufacturing units comprising old weaving (dobby & jacquard) looms, warping, quilting (single & multi-needle), embroidery (computerised multi-head), and cut-to-sew operations.
The responsibility includes daily production planning, efficiency management, quality control, machine uptime, workforce management, and ensuring the units run smoothly, safely, and cost-effectively.
