Job Description

The B2B Marketing Assistant will support the Director in implementing marketing strategies, conducting research, and coordinating with clients to drive export sales in the home textiles sector. The role demands a strong understanding of B2B marketing, export processes, and market research. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in export marketing and a keen interest in data-driven strategies and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Export Marketing Support & Market Research:
  • Research and identify potential international markets, clients, and trade opportunities.
  • Conduct detailed market research on global trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences in the home textile industry.
  • Prepare reports and presentations based on findings to inform decision-making.
  • Track industry developments and emerging opportunities in key export markets.
  • Content Development:
  • Develop marketing materials tailored for international clients, such as presentations, brochures and catalogues.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual content aligns with brand standards and market expectations.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of international trade fairs and exhibitions and manage their promotional materials
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Maintain and update the CRM database for lead tracking and client management.
  • Work closely with the Director to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Coordination & Reporting:
  • Act as a liaison between the Director and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and task execution.
  • Prepare regular updates, performance metrics, and research findings for review by the Director.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a preference for export marketing in the home textile industry.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with experience in market analysis.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in the home textile industry or similar export-focused businesses.
  • Understanding of global trade dynamics and key markets for home textiles.
  • Basic design skills for creating presentations and marketing materials.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,806.36 - ₹39,387.80 per month
