Support sourcing and production and regional producers for accessories and objects items the brand will partner with from time to time [design support where required] Retail / Sales / Order coordination: Production Management Coordinate on ground to fulfill sampling, collection development and production for individual (direct), bulk orders, consignments and special celebrity / influencer customizations. Manage specific product projects. Coordinate between warehouses, stores, different units / departments which includes: smocking, quilting, knitting, weaving - ensure quality and control are there at every stage of production and clear instructions are shared Attention to Detail: Crucial for material processing, meeting deadlines, recognizing suboptimal outcomes, and effective troubleshooting.
