🚨 We’re Hiring! Textile Designer at Own Adaa 🚨 Own Adaa , a Delhi-based Indo-Western womenswear startup , is looking for a Textile Designer to join our growing creative team! If you’re passionate about creating intricate, high-quality textile prints and want to be part of an exciting startup environment , we’d love to hear from you. About the Role As a Textile Designer , you will be responsible for developing unique textile prints , managing the design process from concept to production, and ensuring each piece aligns with our brand vision. You will also coordinate with vendors, oversee sampling, and manage fabric approvals to maintain the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities 🎨 Design & Development Research trends and create original textile prints featuring intricate Indian motifs. Develop mood boards, color palettes, and print layouts aligned with the brand’s aesthetic. Oversee the creation, execution, and refinement of textile prints , ensuring top-notch quality. 🤝 Collaboration & Production Partner with mills, vendors, and suppliers to develop unique textiles. Manage swatch and strike-off approvals , ensuring precision in color and print execution. Oversee sampling and ensure timely production while maintaining brand quality. Potential opportunity to work with Indian craftsmen in future projects. 📊 Inventory & Market Alignment Monitor and manage fabric inventory , ensuring optimized stock levels for production. Conduct trend analysis and market research to drive collection development. Optimize fabric selection and pricing strategy across collections. Who We’re Looking For ✔️ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Textile Design (NIFT, Pearl, or other reputed institutes preferred). ✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience in textile design. ✔️ Strong Illustrator & Photoshop skills. ✔️ Deep understanding of textile printing techniques (digital & rotary printing). ✔️ Experience in swatch & strike-off approvals to ensure precision in color and print. ✔️ Strong sense of color, texture, and fabric selection . ✔️ Bonus: Experience in inventory management and vendor coordination . 📩 How to Apply Send your resume & portfolio to careers@ownadaa.in with “Application for Textile Designer” in the subject line. 📌 Portfolio Guidelines : Showcase intricate Indian motifs and innovative textile layouts .
