Pattern Master

Ownadaa is seeking a skilled Pattern Master with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a fashion house or garment export company to join our team in Vivek Vihar, Delhi, India. As a Pattern Master, you will play a crucial role in bringing our Indo-Western womenswear designs to life by translating sketches into precise patterns, ensuring a perfect fit, and overseeing garment construction. Your key responsibilities will include developing accurate and detailed manual patterns for both Indian and Western wear based on design sketches and specifications, grading patterns, making necessary adjustments to improve fit and quality, cutting fabrics and garments as per patterns and design requirements, working closely with designers to maintain high-quality standards and proper fit, overseeing garment construction and production with precision and efficiency, supervising tailors and stitching teams to ensure accurate execution of patterns, and maintaining quality control standards in pattern-making and garment fitting. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in manual pattern-making within a fashion house or garment export company. You should possess expertise in manual pattern-making, grading, and garment construction, a strong understanding of fabric types, patterns, and garment fitting, the ability to cut fabrics, create high-end designs, and oversee garment production, be detail-oriented with a keen eye for fit, drape, and finishing, and be a team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers and production teams.
