Pattern Master

As a Pattern Master at Sushila Textiles, Indore, your role involves creating patterns based on designers" drawings and collaborating with the design team to refine patterns for the perfect fit. You will work closely with prototype tailors and designers to transform patterns into test samples, grade patterns to meet required sizes, and manage Made-to-Order garments with the sample room team. Additionally, you will liaise with the design team to obtain technical packs and quality control guidelines for final production samples.
