Key Responsibilities: Developing new prints , patterns and fabric directions suitable for plus-size silhouettes Designing tops, kurtas, dresses, suit sets and seasonal collections Working closely with sampling + production teams for execution Ensuring fit accuracy for sizes L to 9XL Understanding fabric behaviour (georgette, rayon, cotton, blends etc.) Trend research, moodboards and season forecasting Managing tech packs and artwork files Skills Required: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop Strong understanding of women’s wear aesthetics Knowledge of print repeats, colour separation, pattern correction Solid understanding of sizing — especially for plus-size Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹53,401.82 per month Work Location: In person
