Job Title : Test Manager
Job Summary : Join our dynamic team as a Test Manager where you will leverage your extensive experience in data automation testing and cloud validation to ensure the highest quality of our data solutions. You will play a crucial role in managing test and defect processes utilizing your skills in data pipeline testing and TOSCA DI automation. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment driving impactful results in big data and BI validation.

Responsibilities :
Lead the planning and execution of test strategies for data automation projects ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Oversee the test and defect management processes ensuring timely identification and resolution of issues.
Provide expertise in data pipeline testing ensuring data integrity and performance.
Develop and implement TOSCA DI automation scripts to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
Conduct comprehensive cloud validation to ensure seamless integration and functionality of cloud-based solutions.
Validate big data solutions ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
Perform BI validation to ensure accurate reporting and data visualization.
Utilize SQL scripting to perform detailed data analysis and validation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes.
Monitor and report on testing progress providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing methodologies.
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes leveraging the latest technologies and tools.
Support the team in achieving project milestones and delivering high-quality solutions. Qualifications -
Possess strong experience in data automation testing and cloud validation.
Demonstrate proficiency in data pipeline testing and TOSCA DI automation.
Have a solid understanding of big data validation and BI validation processes.
Exhibit strong skills in SQL scripting for data analysis and validation.
Show ability to manage test and defect processes effectively.
Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Have a collaborative mindset working effectively in a hybrid work model.
