Experienced in manual and automation testing of web and mobile applications, with 1–2 years of experience in PLM applications, with expertise in Agile sprint delivery, automation scripting experience in Selenium and/or Playwright, experience on UAT of Enterprise web applications and strong skills in project planning, stakeholder communication, and end-to-end delivery management using JIRA.

• Define and implement automation strategies, frameworks, and standards to enhance testing efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
• 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end STLC implementation and exposure to test automation for Web/Mobile applications in Agile environments.
• Should have a experience in PLM processes, including all stages of the product lifecycle, from initial concept and design through manufacturing, service, and end-of-life/disposal.
• Domain knowledge of any one major PLM tool such as Teamcenter, Windchill, or Enovia.
• Added advantage if the candidate has end-to-end testing expertise across various PLM modules, workflows, and system integrations, enabling them to support and guide PLM testing activities.
• Expertise in at least one automation tool (e.g., Selenium, PlayWright, etc.) and integration with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and deployment.
• Experience on UAT of Enterprise web applications o Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define testing requirements.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring to team.
• Manage testing across multiple modules, projects, and environments, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Proficient in JIRA for test management, tracking, and reporting.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills.

• Jira agile - KPI monitoring & Reporting.
