Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Technical test Lead at Incedo Inc. in Pune. This role involves hands-on technical work, testing of load balance , testplan review, and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities Conduct testing for various load balancing methods across Layers 4 and 7, ensuring optimal performance and security. Automate test scripts using Python to streamline testing processes. Work extensively with networking protocols (L2-L7), including TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, HTTPS, DNS, and GSLB. Develop and execute test strategies for Application Delivery Controllers (ADC) with a focus on Web Application Firewall (WAF) and DNS Application Firewall (DAF) security. Implement and manage health monitoring protocols, including ICMP, TCP, UDP, and more. Test large-scale systems with a focus on IPv6 migration, NAT, and routing protocols such as IS-IS, OSPF, and BGP. Collaborate with cloud and virtualization platforms, including VMware, ESXi, Hyper-V, KVM, and Cockpit, for efficient test environment setups. Perform comprehensive software test planning, documentation, stress, performance, and system testing. Required Skills and Experience Network protocol testing (L4–L7) Security testing (TCP/UDP, HTTP, ACL, IP-filtering) Routing & Switching protocols (VLAN, OSPF, BGP, NAT, BFD) Application attack protection testing DDoS protection solution testing Protocol anomaly detection, black/whitelisting Linux OS proficiency Python scripting & automation Preferred Qualifications Experience with network security features.
