About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Test Lead to join our product development team. As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts across multiple product lines, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and operations to define test strategies, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of test strategies for new and existing products.
- Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Develop and maintain automated and manual test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
- Identify, document, and track defects, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing tools, processes, and methodologies.
- Provide regular status reports and quality metrics to stakeholders.

About You
- 6+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
