We're Hiring: Test Automation Lead (SAP RISE/S4 HANA – HCM & Payroll)

Test Automation Lead


Key Responsibilities:


🔹 Automation Strategy & Planning

  • Define and lead the test automation strategy for the RISE/S4 HANA Payroll migration
  • Identify automation opportunities and align with project stakeholders
  • Ensure test automation is tightly integrated with project objectives

🔹 Script Development & Execution

  • Develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable automated test scripts
  • Execute scripts, analyze results, and troubleshoot failures
  • Continuously update scripts based on evolving requirements

🔹 Quality Assurance

  • Implement automation best practices and industry standards
  • Perform defect analysis and support continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular script reviews and system adaptability checks

🔹 Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a team of automation testers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams – dev, QA, and business analysts
  • Share progress, challenges, and solutions with stakeholders

🔹 Tools & Tech Management

  • Select and manage automation tools and frameworks
  • Stay updated with industry trends and innovations in test automation


Qualifications:


Education:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent

Experience:

  • 8+ years in software testing with a strong focus on automation
  • Proven leadership in ERP test automation projects, especially SAP

Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of SAP ERP (preferably RISE/S4 HANA, HCM & Payroll modules)
  • Hands-on with tools like

    Selenium, TestNG, JUnit

    , or similar
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities
