🚨 We're Hiring | Flexera + Summit AI SME – BAU Support 📍 Location: Remote 🕒 Experience: 4+ Years 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time 🌐 Domain: ITSM / ITAM / Software Asset Management / Endpoint Management Are you a Flexera and SummitAI expert with strong experience in IT operations and business-as-usual (BAU) support? Join our growing team and be the go-to SME for platform performance, tool configuration, and day-to-day operational excellence. 🔧 Role Responsibilities: ✅ Serve as the primary SME for Flexera & SummitAI in a BAU environment ✅ Manage incidents, requests, problems, and changes related to both platforms ✅ Perform system health monitoring, upgrades, patching & compliance checks ✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for tool integration and optimization ✅ Provide technical support, conduct RCA, and drive continuous improvement ✅ Maintain accurate documentation and support audit/compliance activities 🧠 What You Bring: ✅ 4+ years of hands-on experience in Flexera (FlexNet Manager Suite) ✅ 4+ years of working with SummitAI modules (Incident, Change, CMDB, Knowledge Mgmt) ✅ Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks ✅ Proven track record in IT Operations / BAU support ✅ Solid communication and problem-solving skills 🎓 Preferred: ✔️ ITIL v3/v4 Certification ✔️ Flexera or SummitAI certifications ✔️ Enterprise IT environment or MSP exposure ✔️ Experience with integrations (e.g., SCCM, ServiceNow, CMDBs) ⏰ Work Mode : General / Rotational / On-Call as required 🌐 Remote Opportunity 📩 Interested candidates can apply or DM directly to Sushmita@olivegreenconsulting.com Referrals are welcome! #Hiring #Flexera #SummitAI #ITSM #ITAM #SoftwareAssetManagement #BAUSupport #RemoteJobs #ITOperations #TechJobs #IncidentManagement #CMDB #ITCareers #ITIL #JobOpening Show more Show less
