About the role

Name of the position: Test Analyst

Educational Qualification: B.Tech or M.Tech in Mechanical / Automotive / Mechatronics

Position Description: Test Analyst / Lead Vehicle Dynamics

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead ride, handling and Braking performance development of new products
Test, tune and develop vehicle layout, mass distribution, structural stiffness, suspension, tyres, Brakes etc. to achieve best in class Ride and Handling performance
Competition Benchmarking and Target arrival based on HOQ, Customer studies etc. for new products
Instrumentation, Calibration, Signal Processing and Analysis for vehicle handling testing Prepare reports and presentations on testing and vehicle handling development at various stages of NPD cycle.
Development of new testing concepts, test methodologies and rigs for Vehicle handling development
Develop standards for testing and analysis as well as update existing standards based on new knowledge developed both though internal research as well as research carried out by scientific community worldwide
Development, procurement and commisioning of equipments, instruments for competency improvements to meet the needs of future.
Develop competencies, technologies and innovations to enable continous improvements in the field of vehicle dynamics
