Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Test Analyst with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in automated and manual testing data migration and AWS IoT. Experience in data models cheminformatics R&D and preclinical & clinical domains is a plus. This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions contributing to impactful projects that advance our companys mission.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive automated testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
Perform manual testing to identify and resolve defects in software applications.
Oversee data migration processes to ensure seamless integration and data integrity.
Utilize AWS IoT to enhance testing processes and improve system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project specifications.
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
Identify and implement improvements in testing methodologies and processes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.
Provide support and guidance to team members on testing-related tasks.
Contribute to the development of testing strategies for new projects.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest testing tools and technologies.
Support the companys mission by ensuring the delivery of reliable and efficient software solutions.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in automated testing and manual testing methodologies.
Demonstrate proficiency in data migration techniques and tools.
Have experience working with AWS IoT to enhance testing capabilities.
Show familiarity with data models and their application in testing scenarios.
Experience in cheminformatics and R&D is considered an advantage.
Understanding of preclinical and clinical domains is a nice to have.
